Sprouts Farmers Market opens as the anchor tenant at 7 a.m. Wednesday, April 11.
The first 200 people in line when the store opens will get a coupon for 20 percent off. Reusable totes will be given away with purchase throughout the day.
“What we are trying to create is a small, upscale neighborhood project that residents can use for every different purpose,” said John Corritore, founder of The Corritore Co.
Corritore’s namesake real-estate firm shapes the identity of retail destinations by leasing space to specific tenants. The company has worked with shopping centers including Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, Tempe Marketplace and Desert Ridge.
