About John Corritore
Three decades of shaping where people gather.
A Career Shaped Around Place.
For three decades, John Corritore has been involved in the development and evolution of retail and mixed-use environments across the United States.
He leased Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter from the ground up and took The Shops at Gainey Village from 40% vacant to fully leased and sold. On the brand side, he guided Z Gallerie’s expansion to 92 locations ahead of its $200 million-plus private equity sale, and Lucky Brand’s growth from five stores to 55 ahead of its $100 million-plus acquisition.

A Lasting Philosophy
“Helping projects succeed not simply through leasing, but through the thoughtful creation of places people want to visit.”

Meet John Corritore
President
Today John works with developers, retailers, restaurateurs, and ownership groups as a strategic advisor, often serving as a direct extension of the ownership or development team.
His role is not to support from the sidelines, but to help define direction, guide decision-making, and shape the long-term success of a project.
Beyond his advisory work, John is part of the ownership group behind Scottsdale Art Week, an annual art fair that reflects his belief that great places are built on culture, not just square footage. Before his real estate career, he was an NCAA gymnastics champion at the University of Michigan.
