Park West announced five new dining concepts, including Hash Kitchen, The Sicilian Butcher, The Sicilian Baker, Jalapeño Inferno and Pita Jungle, as part of the center’s $4 million renovation. John led the leasing behind the turnaround, bringing a dozen prominent restaurants and retailers to Park West, raising occupancy and creating new demand for space in the center.
