The story

01

A denim brand ready to grow

John joined Lucky Brand when it had just five stores. The opportunity was to build a national presence fast, in the right places.

02

Fifty-five premier addresses in five years

John negotiated 55 locations in five years in the country’s most productive retail addresses, from The Grove and Michigan Avenue to Newbury Street, Georgetown and Ala Moana.

03

An acquisition, and a client that stayed

That growth was an integral part of Lucky Brand’s sale to Liz Claiborne for more than $100 million. The new owners kept John on to lead their leasing, and he completed 30 more deals before they brought leasing in-house.
